Through her various life experiences and opportunities she has come to value and appreciate her opportunities of being exposed to the college world and this is why she promotes higher learning in every possible way. This led to the creation of Thoroughbred College Tours, LLC, which is an educational tour group that believes that there is a need to introduce high school aged students to the college and university world to at an earlier age. We are devoted to filling the students with hope and information so that they will desire to move on and succeed beyond a high school diploma. Thoroughbred College Tours, seeks to serve as a liaison between our high school, school system, and college/university divisions. We want to give every child, every race, through our initiatives the much-awaited exposure to college life and the college experience. We wish to better equip our youth with the skills and self-confidence to succeed well into their future. Thoroughbred College Tours, LLC is devoted to helping our youth excel through our college preparatory tours.

Our services are open to high school aged students (sophomores, juniors, and seniors). Services are not limited to only Jefferson county students but to outside counties in Kentucky and Indiana as well. Our college tours consist of a 6 day, 5 night college tour during the Jefferson county Spring Break which is Sunday March 29, 2009– Friday April 3, 2009. We will be visiting the following colleges and universities where each student will get an information session (about the school and the requirements) and a campus tour:
